Job Summary
We seek a versatile Full Stack & Flutter Developer to architect, build, and maintain robust cross-platform applications. This position blends advanced mobile development expertise (Flutter/Dart) with solid full stack web engineering skills. The candidate will drive projects spanning mobile and web, working alongside design, QA, and business teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly products

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.

Build interactive, responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as , Angular, or

Architect and develop backend services, APIs, and business logic , Python, Java, PHP, Ruby).

Integrate mobile and web apps with databases (Firebase, MongoDB, MySQL), caching (Redis, Memcached), and third-party services.

Manage cloud deployments and server configuration on AWS, GCP, Azure, or Firebase.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing for both mobile and web projects.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and secure experiences.

Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to improve quality and scalability.

Optimize application performance, implement security standards, and troubleshoot cross-platform issues.

Write and maintain technical documentation for all projects, ensuring knowledge transfer and process clarity.

Required Technical Skills
Strong experience in Flutter (Dart), with at least 2 full-cycle mobile app launches on iOS and Android.

Proficiency in front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).

Solid back-end development skills in , Python, Java, PHP, or C#.

DBMS skills: Firebase, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and automated deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase).

Proven expertise in API integration, third-party SDKs, and real-time data handling.

Server and hosting management (Linux/Nginx/Apache) with basic DevOps and CI/CD know-how.

Experience with automated testing tools for both mobile (Flutter) and web (Jest, Mocha, Selenium)

Required Soft Skills

Adaptability to evolving technologies, frameworks, and changing project requirements.

Solid time management and priority-setting skills for agile environments.

Proactive problem-solver who can lead discussions and mentor teammates.

Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in full stack and mobile development combined.

Demonstrable portfolio with live projects for both web and mobile (GitHub/app store links).

Experience with end-to-end project ownership, analytics, and user feedback processing.
