Network Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to install, configure, and manage our network infrastructure, including Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, Managed Switches, and SD-WAN solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high-performance network operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and manage Firewall solutions (policies, NAT, VPN, security profiles, URL filtering, etc.).
  • Deploy and manage Wireless Access Points, controllers, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Configure and maintain Managed Switches including VLANs, STP, Link Aggregation, QoS, trunking, and port security.
  • Implement and manage SD-WAN technologies for reliable and optimized WAN connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and asset inventory.
  • Ensure network security compliance and apply necessary patches, firmware updates, and hardening practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and hardware replacement.
  • Provide technical support for users and other IT teams when needed.
  • Participate in planning future network expansions and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Firewalls, Wireless APs, Managed Switches, and SD-WAN.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, NAT, and VPN.
  • Experience with network management tools, monitoring tools, and logging systems.
  • Familiarity with Sonicwall / Sophos / Cisco / Palo Alto (or your preferred brands).
  • Ability to write and maintain network documentation.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
