Train Rex is a preventive wellness company on a mission to make fitness simple and accessible for busy individuals and families. We run 21-Day Transformation Challenges, society wellness events, and corporate fitness programs that combine technology, nutrition, and workouts into one seamless experience. We are now expanding our customer-facing team and looking for energetic, fitness-aware professionals to become the face of Train Rex in local communities.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who can:

  • Create and schedule
    push notifications
    , WhatsApp messages, and in-app communication
  • Write clear, engaging
    customer messaging
    for daily touchpoints
  • Assist in planning
    customer lifecycle journeys
    (onboarding, activation, retention)
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to improve communication flows
  • Track performance of messages (CTR, open rates, conversions)
  • Support in
    basic SEO tasks
    like keyword research and content optimization
  • Conduct user feedback checks to understand communication gaps
  • Help in execution of
    CRM/CLM campaigns
    across channels

Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills (English + Hinglish preferred)
  • Basic understanding of
    digital marketing
    and user communication
  • Ability to work with data and understand performance metrics
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiar with push notifications, WhatsApp flows, or CRM tools
