Highlands, a mid-sized civil engineering software company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation. This role is pivotal in building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through consistent, impactful communication across all channels.

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Create high-quality technical and thought leadership content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, webinars).
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee website optimization and user experience.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Build PR and media relationships, manage press releases and events.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship.
  • Foster customer engagement, advocacy, and loyalty.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in brand management, corporate communications, and digital marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media management, analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with creative execution skills.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
