Community Marketing Manager
 to drive our on-ground college engagement in and around Noida.

Role Overview

As a 
Community Marketing Manager
, you will be responsible for managing 
college-to-college outreach programs
, conducting 
seminars, workshops, and events
, and executing 
student engagement activities
 that directly contribute to brand awareness and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 
    seminars, workshops, and sessions
     across colleges to promote VedPrep programs.
  • Build strong partnerships with 
    college administration, student unions, and societies
    .
  • Organize 
    outing events and youth engagement activities
     to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Recruit and manage 
    campus ambassadors
     to sustain long-term engagement.
  • Coordinate with the 
    sales team
     to ensure smooth lead follow-up and conversions.
  • Track and report event performance, providing insights for future campaigns.
  • Ensure VedPrep's 
    consistent presence across college campuses
     in the Delhi-NCR region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in 
    community/field marketing, event management, or youth engagement
     (EdTech background is a plus).
  • Excellent 
    communication, public speaking, and networking skills
    .
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across colleges in Delhi-NCR.
  • Self-motivated with a 
    sales-driven mindset
    .
