Role Overview: As a Lead Solar Performance Analysis at Mahindra Teqo, your primary responsibility will be overseeing data analysis and field-testing teams. You will play a key role in identifying and prioritizing key business initiatives for improvement, providing team training, driving automation of reports and KPIs, and conducting remote monitoring of plants. Additionally, you will be involved in benchmarking vendor performance, developing partnerships with vendors, sub-contractors, and OEMs, as well as wind power curve analysis, wind resource estimation, blade repairs, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee data analysis and field-testing teams - Identify and prioritize key business initiatives for improvement - Provide team training - Drive automation of reports and KPIs - Conduct remote monitoring of plants - Benchmark vendor performance - Develop partnerships with vendors, sub-contractors, and OEMs - Perform wind power curve analysis and wind resource estimation - Handle blade repairs and analytics Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in the renewable energy sector, specifically in the solar and wind domains - Expertise in solar and wind performance monitoring, field testing in wind and solar domains, change management, data analytics, lean management processes, business process reengineering, value engineering, and quality management - Background in electrical engineering or electronics engineering - MBA in operations - Exposure to technology, energy, IT, and change management will be advantageous Additional Details: Your ability to drive people engagement, develop innovative solutions, and execute with excellence will be essential for maximizing asset performance and contributing to the growth and success of Mahindra Teqo.,
