Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls to generate leads for personal loans, credit card sales, and banking services.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Proficiency in speaking Kannada, Telugu, Marathi languages (preferably).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, etc.
  • Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexibility for night shifts (if required).
