About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers for , India's leading matchmaking platform. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining membership plans, and helping them find suitable matches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain services.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them on appropriate membership options.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain database, and achieve daily/weekly call targets.
  • Build rapport with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into memberships.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
