Job Description

We are seeking a resourceful HR professional with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and up to 6 months of experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.
  • Support HR-related projects, audits, and initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of experience in HR or a similar role (internship experience counts).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
