Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director. The Art Director will be responsible for the

day-to-day tasks associated with creative direction, branding, art direction, graphics, and

graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop creative strategies for mainly digital

advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.

Lead the design team in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to print

ads, digital banners, social media graphics, website layouts, and video content.

Provide creative direction and guidance to team members, ensuring that designs meet

quality standards and project requirements.

Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, and other creative

professionals to bring concepts to life and maintain consistency across all

communication channels.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design

and advertising, and integrate innovative ideas into projects.

Participate in client meetings to understand their goals, provide creative

recommendations, and present design concepts effectively.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while

maintaining high-quality standards.

Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and

address feedback and revisions promptly.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive

feedback, and support their professional development.

Uphold brand guidelines and ensure that all creative work reflects the brand's identity,

values, and messaging.
