We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in backend development and demonstrate strong proficiency in , JavaScript, This role involves designing and implementing scalable APIs, managing databases, and developing robust server-side logic. Key Responsibilities
  • API Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs.
  • Ensure APIs are well-documented, robust, and secure.
  • Database Management:
  • Design and optimize database schemas to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Implement data storage solutions and manage database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Server-Side Logic:
  • Develop and maintain server-side logic to support front-end functionalities and business requirements.
  • Implement and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality.
  • Performance and Security:
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices to protect data and applications from vulnerabilities.

Qualifications
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable APIs.
  • Experience with database management and server-side logic.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Familiarity with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
