Job Description:

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented
    Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in the US Healthcare domain
    to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in the US healthcare domain (Payer/Provider/Claims/Enrollment).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Work on process flows, use cases, BRDs, and user stories.
  • Support QA and UAT by preparing test cases and validating deliverables against requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HL7, EDI, etc.).
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve system performance and business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on
    US Healthcare domain
    .
  • Good understanding of
    Payer/Provider processes
    , Claims Management, EDI transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 276/277), and Enrollment.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA or Healthcare-related certifications.
