Role Overview

As a Part-Time HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This position is ideal for individuals who want flexible working hours while gaining valuable exposure in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and support in resolving HR-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR/recruitment (EdTech experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software/ATS tools (basic knowledge acceptable).
  • Ability to work 3–4 hours/day (flexible, remote or hybrid).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
