Job Description: Digital Marketing ExecutiveAbout the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, running paid ad campaigns, and generating quality leads to help our clients grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to generate leads and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the design/content team to create engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Develop strategies to increase online presence, brand awareness, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience (internship/freelance/agency) in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a data-driven mindset.

Salary Range

  • Experienced (1–2 years): ₹15,000- ₹25,000 per month
  • (Can be adjusted based on skills and company budget)
