Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Test Delivery Manager with extensive experience in testing, project management, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing test projects, including web and mobile testing, and will be responsible for overseeing the overall test delivery process. This includes managing the UAT phase from offshore, ensuring test automation and performance testing are effectively implemented, and ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead and manage the overall test delivery process, ensuring high-quality testing for web and mobile applications.

2) Utilize your 10+ years of testing experience to provide guidance and support to the testing team.

3) Manage the UAT phase from offshore, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

4) Develop and implement test strategies and plans, ensuring adequate coverage and effective test execution.

5) Oversee test automation efforts, ensuring appropriate tools and frameworks are used, and collaborating with the automation team.

6) Coordinate performance testing activities, working closely with performance engineers to ensure system reliability and scalability.

7) Monitor and report on test progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.

8) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

9) Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key test metrics and achievements.

Requirements:

1) 10+ years of experience in testing, with a strong background in web and mobile testing.

2) Proven experience in test project management, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.

3) Experience in setting up and managing UAT phase from offshore.

4) Strong knowledge of overall test delivery management, including test automation and performance testing.

5) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6) Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the testing team.

7) Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

8) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9) ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
