Major Responsibilities:

  1. Review and Finalize Equipment Capacity, Head count planning, productivity measurement & enhancement and MHE based on product mix.
  2. Project management of Productivity / OEE Improvement /Headcount Optimization
  3. Review and approve Layout.
  4. Programme management of AMS.
  5. Support negotiation with Union.
  6. Team development through TNI
  7. System development and digitalization drive for industry 4.0.

Skills : Knowledge of various IE tools and techniques such as time-motion study, MMO, SWCS, SMED, VSM, Layout Planning etc.
