Lead Software Engineering Position

We seek an experienced software engineer with leadership skills who can spearhead scalable platform services, integrating with frontend teams, using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the implementation of Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript technologies.
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, security, and compliance with DevOps principles.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster growth within the team.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with exposure to Azure cloud services and enterprise integration.
- Proficiency in GitLab, Docker, CI/CD tools, and other industry-standard technologies.
