Responsibility

Working Hours

Working days- Monday to Saturday 09:00AM to 06:00PM (24/7 if P1 Situation)

Monitoring

Daily Health Checkup(Virtually, on-site if required)

Patch Management

Windows Environment patching activity - fall under weekends(Saturday & Sunday, After business hours)

DR Site

Azure disaster recovery, DR drills.

Primary

Backup Management

Monitor backup jobs daily, resolve failures/warnings, and perform restores as per the schedules, Commvault Backup tool regularly version upgrade.

ITSM

Managing Requests like Incidents, SR, CR.

Server & Virtualization Management

Monitor & Manage VMWare vCenter, VM creation, deletion, Performance tuning & resolve alert proactively, Resources upgrade/downgrade as per requirement.

Cross Functions Engagement

Coordination with vendors/partners/cross functional team/Dept for different application implementation, L3 troubleshooting's.

Backup

Global IT Engagements/Support

Coordination with Global IT to complete multiple tasks on daily basis, coordination with security team to maintain the security of servers.

Capacity & performance Management

Perform regular capacity review for CPU, Memory & Storage resources. Optimize performance & cost efficiency

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
