What You'll Do:
Source top talent using Naukri & LinkedIn Recruiter.
Deliver high-quality resumes quickly for technical & business roles.
Build and manage candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.
Coordinate with recruiters & hiring managers to refine requirements.
Track candidate flow in ATS and ensure smooth communication.
What We're Looking For:
2–4 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
Strong hands-on skills in Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing.
Ability to deliver fast and accurate resume submissions.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Self-starter who can work well in remote, fast-paced setups.
