Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Vice President of Sales, located on-site in Jaipur. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, developing account management strategies, and driving business development efforts. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The VP of Sales will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of sales strategies and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Expertise in Account Management and Sales Operations
  • Strong skills in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the IT solutions industry is a plus
