Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a full-time member, this role involves strategizing and driving business growth to meet our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be adept in utilizing business tools and techniques for successful lead generation and client relationship management, aiding in our company's development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for managing customer relationships, automating workflows, and optimizing performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software tools (Mandatory skill) to effectively track and analyze client interactions and facilitate business growth.
- Expertise in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to actively seek new sales opportunities and ensure a robust client pipeline.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel for data processing, financial analysis, forecasting trends, and report generation.
- Ability to manage sales pipeline by monitoring sales processes and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet targets efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful deal closures while maintaining positive business relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to drive campaigns and enhance client outreach effectively.
- Analytical skills in data analytics for interpreting data, making informed decisions, and improving business operations.
