Role and Responsibilities:
As a ROS Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing new Fixed-wing, VTOL, and Multi-copter drones according to specific project requirements
- Creating airframes and conducting necessary analysis
- Performing hands-on mechanical and electrical integration of new hardware components
- Integrating and testing payloads
- Testing and evaluating flying parameters of UAVs
- Troubleshooting and debugging any components of a drone in the field
- Planning and executing flight test plans for newly developed drones
- Maintaining the drone fleet, ensuring readiness for flight

Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing drones, particularly Fixed-wing, VTOL, and Multi-copter designs
- Proficiency in airframe creation and analysis
- Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical integration of hardware components
- Familiarity with payloads integration and testing
- Ability to test and evaluate flying parameters of UAVs
