1. Procurement of Gifts Manager
Position: Procurement & Vendor Development Manager (Gifting Division)
Department: Operations / Purchase
Location: Chandigarh
Reports To: Director / Operations Head
Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring unique, high-quality, and cost-effective gift items for corporate and retail gifting. The role involves identifying reliable vendors, managing inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and aligning procurement with seasonal and marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for gifts, hampers, packaging, and related items.
2. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
3. Develop and maintain supplier relationships for long-term collaborations.
4. Plan and curate seasonal gifting collections (festive, corporate, premium, eco-friendly, etc.).
5. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for customized packaging or branding.
6. Track procurement budgets, maintain purchase records, and control costs.
7. Ensure timely availability of stock for both online and offline sales.
8. Conduct market research to stay updated with new trends, products, and materials.
9. Ensure all vendor deliveries meet quality and compliance standards.
10. Travel to sourcing hubs and vendor locations across India as required for procurement and quality checks.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
2. Excellent market knowledge in gifting / merchandising / corporate gifts.
3. Analytical mindset for cost optimization and inventory control.
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple SKUs.

2. Listing of Products on Website Manager
Position: E-commerce Product Listing & Catalog Manager
Department: E-commerce / Digital Operations
Location: Chandigarh
Reports To: E-commerce Head / Marketing Head
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing all product listings across the company's website and online marketplaces. Ensures product content accuracy, SEO optimization, visual appeal, and smooth coordination with inventory and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all product listings on the company website and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Write and edit product titles, descriptions, and specifications using SEO best practices.
3. Upload product images, videos, and pricing details accurately and on schedule.
4. Coordinate with photography, content, and design teams for creative assets.
5. Ensure backend inventory sync and monitor stock availability.
6. Create logical product categories, filters, and recommendations.
7. Monitor listing performance and optimize for better visibility and conversions.
8. Regularly update pricing, offers, and inventory.
9. Generate performance and product movement reports.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong understanding of e-commerce CMS.
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in catalog management.
3. Knowledge of SEO and digital merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement marketing campaigns for product launches, festivals, and corporate gifting.
