Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an HR Fresher. The HR Fresher will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities include onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and supporting various HR activities and initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of human resources principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in HR or a similar field may be beneficial but not required
