Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive – Crypto Projects

Location: Remote/On-site (Indore)

Job Overview:

Quest Global Technologies is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in building and managing online communities for crypto projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crypto audiences, and be skilled in influencer marketing, Telegram/X (formerly Twitter) community growth, and TGE (Token Generation Event) strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to build active communities for blockchain and crypto projects.

Manage and grow the brand's presence on Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, and other relevant platforms.

Plan and execute community engagement activities including AMAs, contests, and educational content.

Collaborate with influencers for campaign promotions, product launches, and brand awareness.

Lead influencer outreach and negotiation to ensure cost-effective, high-impact partnerships.

Coordinate TGE (Token Generation Event) marketing plans including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies.

Monitor performance analytics and adapt strategies to improve engagement and follower/subscriber growth.

Work closely with content, design, and development teams to align messaging across platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically for crypto or blockchain-based projects.

Proven track record of building and growing online crypto communities.

Strong knowledge of Telegram, X (Twitter), Discord, and crypto marketing tools.

Experience in influencer identification, outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.

Familiarity with the end-to-end TGE (Token Generation Event) lifecycle.

Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with DeFi, NFTs, or Metaverse projects.

Familiarity with crypto regulations and compliance in marketing.

Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, and Telegram bots.
