About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to contribute to our enterprise product engineering team and participate in the development of sophisticated algorithmic stock & options trading software currently under development within our R&D division.

You will work on scalable back-end systems, APIs, and data pipelines that power Inspira's ERP/CRM platforms as well as our new trading and analytics applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications
  • Develop APIs, integrations, and business logic modules for ERP/CRM systems
  • Contribute to the design and development of algorithmic trading components—including market data ingestion, analytics, and trade automation
  • Collaborate with AI and DevOps teams on deployment and optimization
  • Write maintainable, modular code and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Conduct performance tuning and reliability improvements across applications
  • Maintain technical documentation and workflow descriptions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline (Physics, Math, Stats, Electronics, etc.)
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Python software development
  • Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Proficiency in REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and version control (Git)
  • Good grasp of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with data libraries (Pandas, NumPy) or ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Basic understanding of financial data structures or market data APIs
  • Knowledge of statistical charts and analytics (e.g., moving averages, trend patterns, or technical indicators) would be an added advantage

Compensation & Benefits
