About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled
Full Stack Python Developer
with strong expertise in backend development and solid experience in front-end technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using
Python
and modern frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

Build responsive, performant front-end interfaces using
React / Angular / Vue
.

Design and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.

Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams for seamless development and deployment.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

Implement secure coding standards and follow CI/CD processes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and ensure high performance and availability.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
5 years of professional experience
as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong hands-on experience with
Python
and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Proficiency in front-end technologies:
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
, and frameworks like React/Angular/Vue.

Strong understanding of
API design
, microservices architecture, and async processing.

Good knowledge of
databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Experience with
Git
, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or containerized environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (
AWS / Azure / GCP
) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a remote team.

Nice to Have

Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).

Knowledge of testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, etc.).

Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code.
