About Us:

We are a leading tea company specializing in high-quality Camel Tea products. We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building strong relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with our marketing and distribution teams to promote Camel Tea products and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

  3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.

  4. Product Promotion: Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to promote Camel Tea products and drive sales.

  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, distribution, and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Experience: 1+ years of sales experience in the FMCG/CPG industry, preferably in tea or beverages.

  2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and strategies.

  4. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
