Senior Loan Collector

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Collection Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving collections targets in assigned areas while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and legal norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loan collections for assigned areas and achieve targets on various parameters such as resolution flows credit cost and roll rates depending on the bucket.
• Ensure that non-performing assets (NPAs) are kept within budget and active efforts are made to minimize them.
• Increase fee income revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possessions as per Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track control delinquency of the area DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly within specified turnaround times.
• Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers by regular follow-ups with critical complex customers.
• Represent the organization in front of legal statutory bodies as required and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
• Allocate work to field executives and ensure all agencies perform as per defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise bucket-wise segment-wise and obtain daily updates from collection executives on delinquent portfolios.
• Initiate detailed account-level reviews of high-ticket accounts and ensure compliance with audit regulatory bodies and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA PGDBA PGPM or equivalent.
