Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and promoting products or services. The responsibilities include building customer relationships, managing client communications, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and feedback. The candidate may also assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to customer retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in telecalling, customer service, or related roles is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage
