We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive to maintain strong client relationships, handle follow-ups, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves client communication—both over calls and in person—to ensure client satisfaction and consistent engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:Regularly call and coordinate with clients regarding appointments, visits, and ongoing requirements.
  • Follow up with clients after payments or meetings to ensure smooth continuity of services.
  • Encourage clients to visit or connect as per schedules and requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, updates, and feedback.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet client needs.
  • Maintain updated client records and communication details in CRM systems.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling services based on client needs.
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect professionalism and brand values.

Important Note:This role involves client calling and coordination, but it's not a continuous B2B cold-calling profile. The calls are primarily relationship-based follow-ups and client engagement calls.
