The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Lead training programs to educate employees on quality standards and practices.
  • Manage customer complaints and quality-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management practices.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Master's degree preferred in quality.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
