Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Moulding Engineer, based in Nagpur. The Moulding Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the injection moulding processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently. Key responsibilities will also include monitoring the quality of moulded components, maintaining equipment, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with the design and manufacturing teams to develop innovative moulding solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Injection Moulding processes, tooling design, and material selection
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization
  • Experience with quality assurance practices, including defect analysis and control measures
  • Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing techniques related to moulding
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage projects efficiently
  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in healthcare product manufacturing or similar sectors is an advantage
