  • Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet high standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Uphold strict food safety and sanitation regulations, keeping the tandoor section and kitchen clean and organized.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory of tandoori ingredients and supplies, assisting with orders as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
  • Menu Development: May assist in planning and developing new tandoori dishes and recipes.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or in a similar Indian cuisine role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in tandoori cooking techniques, marination, and food presentation.
  • Culinary Knowledge: In-depth understanding of traditional Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Compliance: Adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures
