  • Digital literacy: Must own and be comfortable using an Android smartphone.
  • Communication skills: Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills are essential for interacting with merchants.
  • Target-driven attitude: A self-motivated and target-oriented approach is critical for success.
  • Local knowledge: Familiarity with the assigned territory is important for effective lead generation and market visits.
