**Job description**

**Position Overview: ( Both A**pplied girls & Boys )

The **Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Field-Based)** is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives in the field. This role involves direct interaction with customers, business partners, and distributors while supporting promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market share.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through field visits and meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers in assigned territories.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing deals with clients.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Execute field marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Distribute marketing materials and communicate key brand messages to customers.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Collect customer data and insights to enhance future marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized marketing strategies.
- Provide reports on marketing campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate with distributors, vendors, and external stakeholders for sales promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and field reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
