**Responsibilities of a B2B Field Sales Representative**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential business clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for sales opportunities.
- **Client Meetings & Relationship Building**:
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- **Product/Service Presentation & Demonstration**:
- Effectively present products or services to businesses, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
- Provide live demonstrations and answer technical or service-related queries.
- **Sales Strategy & Negotiation**:
- Develop customized sales strategies to meet the needs of different business clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the given timeline.
- Track progress and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business growth based on market analysis.
- **Client Support & Account Management**:
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to align sales efforts.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and feedback to management.
- **Travel & Territory Management**:
- Travel to different business locations for client meetings and presentations.
- Efficiently manage assigned sales territories to maximize coverage and sales potential.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract agreements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
