We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist, FOE/FOA/Bell Boy to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Ensure all areas of the front office are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Familiarity with front office software and systems is necessary.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
