Sourcing Compliance TRS Specialist

• Role summary/Purpose:
• Collect documentation, declaration, drawings and catalog information for regulatory and various Sourcing Compliance programs
• Identify supplier and supplier contact for Regulatory document collection, resolve additional information requested from supplier (TRS Factory/Sourcing Compliance)
• Work with engineering, sourcing, and other functions to collect necessary information for regulatory compliance

Essentials Responsibilities :

• Support for supplier regulatory document collection such as RoHS, REACH, IHM, Conflict Mineral, CBAM, Sustainability, etc.
• Create/manage various sourcing workflows
• Help manage various sourcing related internal website
• Provide support for sourcing compliance programs (Compliance tracker, new/existing initiatives)
• Learn, adapt, and apply different drawing/catalog collection methods, and information gathering from each drawing systems
• Learn different ERP/database to collect supplier information
• Help support/manage supplier onboarding tool
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Must have)
• Excellent comprehension skills (Must Have)
• Proactive self-starter/problem solver
• Accurate/detail oriented
• PLM and drawing/regulatory document collection experience is a plus
• Smartsheet experience is a plus
• German, French, and/or Portuguese language is a plus

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Valid Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical.
• Good experience on TRS regulatories.
• Working with different regions will be added advantage.
