  • Role summary/Purpose:
  • Manage and resolve Internal/External Supplier Questions to support onboarding process

  • Interact with Global Sourcing, SAP IT, supplier onboarding Tool IT to resolve issue

  • Essentials Responsibilities :

    • Send weekly reports on various Approval Statuses – such as Sourcing Finance approval, Pending ERP, SQE approval, Direct/Indirect Sourcing Approval.
    • Manage Emergency Supplier Approval Process and follow up
    • Manage various sourcing workflows
    • Supplier extension
    • Supplier deactivation
    • Internal supplier add
    • Supplier quality approval
    • Supplier Delete request
    • Answer supplier onboarding questions (internal and external)
    • Ensure all cases are uploaded in Smartsheet and tracked with proper classification
    • Update Supplier onboarding tool with required data when needed
