Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for HR, eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an HR Fresher, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain candidate databases.
  • Onboarding:
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company culture and policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, or payroll.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Assist in payroll processing, including verifying employee data and ensuring timely compensation.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR-related documentation as needed.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor laws under supervision.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as directed by senior HR staff.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes by compiling feedback and data.
