We, Paisabazaar, are hiring for a senior advisor and an SME profile for Investment Products for the location of Gurugram Sector 44. A candidate should have a good understanding of investment products.

Location - Gurugram Sector 44

Mandatory language required - Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and digital leads (web, app, and social media) from customers interested in our investment products.
  • Qualify and assess customer requirements based on the company's eligibility criteria.

Explain product features, benefits, terms, and application process clearly and convincingly.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on inbound queries
  • Hot call transfer for active leads to respective business unit teams for conversion.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
