We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - IHT (In house team) to lead, manage, and strengthen our internal hiring team.

Role & responsibilities

  • Role involves end-to-end recruitments, recruitment management, stake holder coordination, driving large-scale hiring strategies.
  • Candidate should have excellent leadership abilities and prior experience in managing a team size of min 15 recruiters.
  • Lead Mentor and manage the in-house talent acquisition team
  • Drive recruitment strategies to meet business within given timeline.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitments cycle: sourcing,screening,intervewing,and onboarding.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale hiring.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
