Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior/Staff Level Developer with a focus on ERP systems like NetSuite to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP platforms, strong programming expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members while ensuring project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Development and Customization:

○ Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and functionalities to meet client requirements.

○ Customize ERP systems to support business processes and enhance performance.

○ Develop and maintain integration between ERP platforms and third-party systems.

2. Technical Leadership: senior only

○ Act as a technical expert for ERP-related projects, providing guidance on architecture and design.

○ Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in coding best practices and ERP-specific techniques.

○ Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

3. Project Collaboration: senior and junior

○ Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to understand client requirements.

○ Work closely with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.

○ Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

4. System Optimization and Troubleshooting:

○ Diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues related to performance, functionality, and scalability.

○ Optimize existing ERP systems for improved efficiency and reliability.

5. Data Management: senior and junior

○ Oversee data migration efforts, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

○ Ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP platforms.

6. Continuous Improvement:

○ Stay updated on emerging ERP technologies, tools, and best practices.

○ Identify opportunities to enhance ERP systems and processes within the organization.

7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

○ Prepare technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

○ Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training sessions for team members.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, a plus.
  • Other degrees with proven equivalent experience are welcome to apply.

Experience:

● At least 3–7 years of experience in software development, with significant exposure to ERP systems.

● Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

● Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex ERP projects.

Technical Skills:

● Expertise in programming languages like Javascript, Java, C#, Python, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL) and ERP data structures.

● Experience with API development, and REST services.

● Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
