We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books, along with a thorough understanding of accounting principles, record keeping, and invoice management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounts operations, and ensuring compliance with internal and statutory financial policies.

  • Manage and maintain company accounts in Tally and Zoho Books.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, purchase orders, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Record, reconcile, and monitor all financial transactions on a daily basis.
  • Maintain and update ledgers, trial balances, and expense records.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely invoice settlements.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Work closely with auditors and management during financial reviews or audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of accounting experience (preferably in a small or mid-sized organization).
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping, invoice management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong command over MS Excel and familiarity with digital accounting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
