About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and managing social media platforms. This role will involve building brand presence, creating engaging content, and handling day-to-day social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across social media platforms.
  • Handle company's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) ensuring consistent branding and communication.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to optimize content.
  • Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactive content.
  • Collaborate with the design/marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers' growth, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience in social media management/content generation.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and latest trends.
  • Basic understanding of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
