Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Vacancy: 1 Post
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience specializing in Indian cuisine and non-vegetarian dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per the restaurant's Parsi and Indian cuisine standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all food items.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development and daily operations.
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
- Monitor inventory levels and help with stock management to minimize wastage.
- Adapt to special dietary requests while maintaining authenticity of cuisine.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine with hands-on experience in preparing non-vegetarian dishes.
- Familiarity and passion for Parsi cuisine is an added advantage.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of portion control, cooking techniques, and flavor balance.
- Ability to follow recipes as well as contribute creatively to dishes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Employment Details
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 3:30 PM, 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM (6 days a week)
- Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Perks: Accommodation and all meals provided
