About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who is highly skilled in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and can independently manage SEO projects for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should be strong in planning, optimizing, and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation, ROI, and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, improve quality score, and reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead).
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Analyze campaign reports and create weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

SEO Management

  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
  • Work with content writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and maintain strong domain authority.
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO KPIs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and Meta reporting.
  • Create detailed performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Maintain strong understanding of digital trends and platform updates.

Team & Client Collaboration

  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and development team for campaign assets.
  • Manage client communication, understand requirements, and deliver results-driven strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of keyword research tools, SEO tools, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver consistent results.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
