Cafe Captain – Salt Mango Tree Restaurant

Job Summary:

Salt Mango Tree Restaurant is looking for a Captain to lead our service team and ensure an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with seating and menu recommendations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team for smooth service.
  • Ensure timely food and beverage delivery in coordination with kitchen staff.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
