We are a fast-growing Canadian immigration consulting firm expanding our brand presence globally. We're looking for a one-stop marketing solution—a creative and strategic professional who can manage campaigns, design social content, and establish strong brand guidelines for us while coordinating with our in-house and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end marketing ownership: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Social Media & Design: Manage and design content for Instagram and other platforms.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and implement professional brand guidelines (color palette, typography, templates, tone of voice).
  • Video Collaboration: Coordinate with our video editor to create engaging reels, ads, and branded content.
  • Digital Campaigns: Run paid ads (Meta, Google) and organic campaigns.
  • Analytics & ROI: Track campaign performance and optimize for growth.
  • Creative Direction: Work closely with leadership to shape how the brand looks, sounds, and feels across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, branding, and digital strategy.
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Experience managing Instagram campaigns and trends.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with designers, video editors, and other creatives.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid ads, and analytics is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
